Teen housemates fight off boredom

Teen housemates fight off boredom

We have to give it to the teen housemates this season - they do their best to not kill themselves with boredom! Well, since they can't play outside because of the sweltering heat of the angry sun (who isn't afraid of skin cancer?), they make do with board games and other indoor activities inside the Big Brother house. But as for Team Apartment who lost their chess board to Team Villa from the previous face-off Teentramurals challenge, they had the initiative to come up with a new game everybody would enjoy: a truth or consequence game with a spinning soda bottle!
The game was as interesting as it was fun. Joe was made to eat raw chili on his turn while Ivan had to give Patrick and Becca warm hugs (not so difficult, don't you think?). May be less physical than with other more exciting games, but at least the teen housemates of Team Apartment had something to do rather than sleep (they do not need any more violations, you know)!
At the same time on today's Uber was another game given to the teen housemates. The idea of the game was a hybrid of two ball games basketball and ping pong. The housemates, protected with safety gears just in case, were to shoot as many balls as they can into the basket around five meters away from where they were standing. To add to the difficulty, they had to do all those shootings while balancing themselves on this machine usually used in exercise programs which aims at strengthening the core or abs! Can't picture? Imagine shooting through hoops while on a surf board!
Meanwhile, "may nagtext!" Can you take a hint? Oh yes, Uber host Mariel Rodriguez had an exciting guest this afternoon on the show and it was none other than one of Showtime's most favorited host and comedian Vice Ganda. Apart from plugging his concert on Mother's Day with Pops Fernandez, Ethel Booba, Jhong Hilario and Jon Avila, among others, he also left a meaningful message in the form of "Manuod kayo ng Primetime mamaya! (Watch Primetime later!)" Did that mean he's going to be in the episode? If so, what role did he play inside for the housemates? Did he launch a texting session inside? Did he have an early mini concert? You know what to do to be always on the latest! Tune in to PBB Teen Clash of 2010 Uber and Primetime every day!
