Tricia and Joe switch places
It must have been a moment of sudden inspiration when Kuya decided to swap housemates. Had Joe known that his giving his pillow to Tricia would translate to swapping houses with her, he probably wouldn’t be as generous. As it was, Joe spent quite some time alone in the storage room, oblivious to the sudden twist. Tricia entered the Confession Room expecting another reprimand, and was surprised not only with the anonymous gift but by Kuya’s directive to head over to the Villa. Tricia psyched herself up and entered the Villa with high spirits. Perky and extremely talkative, she bounced towards her new housemates who were bonding by the pool. Team Villa got taken by surprise and it took some time for the fact to register. The boys were excited with their new housemate, while the girls struggled to keep their faces free of negative emotion. Later on, Shey and Devon got time to talk about their reactions. Shey was more vocal about her dislike and addressed Kuya. “Kuya, pwede ba lumipat? Pwede ba makausap si Joe? Kuya, plastic ako, now lang.” In the Confession Room, she couldn’t help but comment about Tricia’s loud voice. She felt that it would have been better to get a feel of things first before acting too familiar. Kyra and Devon also had their apprehensions about Tricia. Devon worried about the household chores, while Kyra struggled in dealing with Tricia’s loud voice. “Parang Eslove #2,” she said, though she decided to keep an open mind given that she just met Tricia. On the other hand, Yong was excited with the turn of events. Admittedly smitten with Tricia, he planned to follow and provide the girl’s needs. In fact, he busied himself with preparing her dinner while she was settling in the girls’ room. Though he had a few slip-ups, like telling her she looked like his ex, he tried to ake up for it by offering his scapular to her. When she refused to take it, he insisted saying, “Kung hindi mo kunin ‘yan, para na din akong namatayan.” Quite melodramatic, huh?
Meanwhile, Joe finally got called back in the Confession Room where Kuya broke the news to him. Though obviously rattled with the sudden shift, Joe followed orders and entered the Apartment. The moment Joe stepped in their house, all jumped and cheered, as they were looking forward to having the Swabeng Komikero on their side. Before this, the others were wondering what was taking Tricia so long to get back. Suddenly, they heard a loud “Oh-verr”, her signature expression, and concluded that she was already in the other house. They all agreed that it probably was for the best and that she would have bigger chances of being saved if she improved her attitude in the other house.
Will the bonded teams open up enough space to take someone from the other side as their own? How will Tricia and Joe adapt to their new housemates? Keep watching and keep updating!
