With Kuya out of the house on an ultra secret trip, he asked his trusty bro to watch over the teen housemates. Had they been avid fans last season, the teens would have recognized Big Utol’s voice in an instant. Prankster that he was, he just had to play the role of a mysterious jejemon texter that had the teens’ heads spinning just from the attempt to decipher his messages. Big Utol’s abrasive demeanor was so unlike Kuya that the teens got both surprised and scared. No worries, though, since Big Utol apparently had a change of heart. When he introduced himself, he shared that he was happy that Kuya allowed him inside the house again, despite his bad boy attitude last season. “Good boy na ako ngayon, “ he claimed. “Kaya dapat kayo din, kasi madali akong ma-bad trip!” Oops, better be on your best behavior, housemates… or else!
Big Utol is intent on getting to know the housemates personally, and has already started bonding with them. He already talked with Jovic, the latest addition to the Villa household, regarding his supposed special powers. It was made known that Jovic had the power to nominate, but in reality, this farce was just another way for Kuya to test the teens’ character. Jovic was having difficulty with the power bestowed on him, believing that it would be a better option not to have it. Fortuantely, he reported that no one changed his/her attitude towards him, even after knowing his power. “Hindi naman nagbago,” he mused. “Wala naming namlastik.” Even though he was a newbie, he mustered enough courage to ask a favor of Big Utol. April 30 was his mom’s birthday, and he wanted the opportunity to greet her. Good boy that he now was, Big Utol gave in and added a special request of his own: Jovic had to sing his mom a birthday song, but it had to be something other than the traditional “Happy Birthday”. With gusto, Jovic sent out a short but sweet birthday greeting and sang the Jason Mraz and Colbie Callait hit, “Lucky”.
Aside from their new housemate, the “Negosyanteens” task also kept everyone busy. Becca and Yen were chosen to head the week’s task, where they had to come up with a profitable business for their group. They came up with Clash Shirts, limited edition t-shirts designed and made be the teen housemates themselves. From conceptualization to actual production, the teens were hands-on! The group leaders also thought that a cool tag line and jingle would boost sales, so they split the group in two and came up with options for their jingle. The usually quiet Becca shone the moment she touched her guitar, which she used for the jingle.
It’s sale day tomorrow! The exclusive Clash Shirts will be on sale tomorrow from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, right in front of the PBB house. With just 100 shirts in stock, PBB addicts better get in line early, or miss out on the chance altogether.
Sound exciting? That’s not all, folks! Make sure you’re glued to your screens, because another housemate will have to exit the house again. Will it be BECCA, YEN, or TRICIA? Your choice, as always! Key in BB
and text it to 2331 for Globe, TM, Sun Cellular and Bayan Wireless Landline or 231 for Smart and Talk ‘n’ Text. Do it fast enough, and yours just might be the vote that saves.
